Pay Range: $80,000 annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Residential Development and Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager(s) in overseeing the development and construction of luxury single-family residential communities and resort style developments. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from pre-construction through final delivery by managing schedules, documentation, vendor coordination, and communication across teams.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the Project Manager(s) in planning, coordinating, and executing luxury single-family residential communities and resort style projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update timelines as needed.
  • Prepare and organize project documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance reports.
  • Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Monitor budgets, review and recommend vendor contracts for approval, process contract change orders, and track project expenditures.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting minutes, prepare quarterly Board meeting presentations.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or real estate development.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Excel, Project and accounting software (e.g., Sage, etc).
  • Experience with permitting, budgeting, and contract administration preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
