As part of our Global Sales and Services business unit, the HVM Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting high-volume manufacturing (HVM) operations. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, analyzing operational data, and delivering insights that drive performance improvements across our Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support:

  • Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports using Smartsheet and other project management tools.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems to improve operational efficiency and project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for HVM initiatives, including resource planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or a similar role in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
  • Six Sigma / Lean Certified.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts), PowerPoint (executive-level presentations), and Power BI (dashboard creation and data modeling).
  • Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Familiarity with semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environments is a strong plus.

Additional Preferred Skills Requirements

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (preferred for supporting Tier 1 customers in Asia).
  • Experience with semiconductor processing equipment or service operations.
  • Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed for training, customer engagement, or project support.

Must understand the Intellectual Property boundaries between ASM and the Customer and be able to maintain IP, as appropriate, during all external and internal interactions.
