Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to help drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives within our foodservice manufacturing business. This role plays a critical part in managing project workflows, assets, and cross-functional collaboration to support the growth of our brands across foodservice channels.
You'll support brand and product marketing efforts by coordinating creative assets, digital resources, point-of-sale materials, and product documentation. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and take ownership will ensure that every campaign element lands on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources for integrated marketing campaigns and new product introductions.
Track projects through platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello and maintain up-to-date dashboards.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute recaps, and follow up on action items.
Campaign & Content Execution
Assist in the rollout of digital and print campaigns including sell sheets, presentations, email marketing, and POS materials.
Manage collateral fulfillment for distributor and operator promotions.
Support event marketing and promotional activities with coordination of materials and product sampling.
Digital Asset & Content Library Management
Own the organization and management of digital assets, including logos, photography, packaging files, labels, and brand graphics.
Ensure proper version control and accessibility of materials across departments.
Maintain and respond to product specification sheet and POS asset requests from internal teams and sales partners.
Reporting & Administrative Support
Compile data for campaign ROI reports, marketing performance updates, and presentations.
Keep all campaign and asset files organized and up to date in a central system.
Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing or project coordination experience; foodservice or CPG preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
