Our Marketing Department is looking to hire a Marketing Project Coordinator.

This position is Hybrid and will report to Corporate Headquarters, located in Boca Raton, Florida, two to three times a week.

ALL HYBRID POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF NO LESS THAN 50 MBPS.

Salary Range: $50K to $55K per year

Summary:

Assist in overseeing the department�s daily operations, initiatives and programs, including keeping the direction of promotions and special events organized, on schedule and under budget. This person will also be responsible for handling correspondence with vendors and communicating with other departments within the company to keep event and campaigns on track.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise between the creative and marketing teams and internal and external entities (as needed) to facilitate on-time delivery of creative assets
• Gather all pertinent information to establish scope, requirements and deliverables of each project via calls or discussions with appropriate team members, as well as submitted project requests forms
• Work with Marketing Director to establish and prioritize project workload and adjust as needed based on changing dynamics
• Ensure all project deadlines are met on time, communicating progress and status to Creative and other teams and stakeholders
• Leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams.
• Use project management software to ensure both clients and creative team adhere to approved processes
• Initiate and track routing of artwork for cross functional approval and follow up as needed to ensure approvals/feedback are received in a timely fashion and to adhere to deadlines
• Participate in weekly collaboration meetings and play an active role in providing project updates and capture needs/timing for new projects
• Proactively follow up on missing input/information to keep projects on track
• Escalate issues and/or obstacles that could cause bottlenecks to Marketing Director
• Performs other marketing related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
