As a Project Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities involve assisting customers over the phone, helping them place orders, resolving any issues they may have, and providing information on additional products available in the market. You play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by reviewing and verifying all orders before processing, preventing costly errors, and maintaining a high level of quality. With your strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset, you make a significant impact on our success!

If you're interested, you just need to meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience using Buildertrend and QuickBooks in a construction company
• Substantial documented experience in construction purchasing, receiving, and submitting
• 5+ years experience with residential permit applications
• Experience with automated distribution systems, order entry systems, and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Solid mathematical skills
• 4 year College degree required

While not required, a bachelor's degree or a 10- to 30-hour OSHA training certification would be preferred. A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record would be a plus. It would also be a bonus if you've completed a carpentry apprenticeship or have experience managing teams.
