Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and within budget by coordinating team activities, timelines, and communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the coordination and execution of real estate development and renovation projects.

  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines and financial goals are met.

  • Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate progress.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and schedules.

  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and participate in team meetings and site visits.

  • Track deliverables and update project management tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in real estate or construction.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management software is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
