OPD Recovery - Project Coordinator - Denver, CO

PRG is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Project Coordinator to support our Outside Plant Damage Recovery group in our vibrant downtown Denver, CO office. This full-time role is essential to driving operational efficiency, supporting recovery initiatives, and managing both recurring reports and ad hoc administrative projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable managing sensitive data, and capable of balancing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance metricsβ€”including phone usage, claims activity, and other dataβ€”at scheduled intervals to support data-driven decision-making by management.
  • Generate and distribute reports to identify stale-dated claims and underworked files, supporting team accountability and workflow optimization.
  • Leverage private databases and public records to identify updated contact information for claims resolution.
  • Coordinate restitution case inquiries by collaborating with internal teams and field resources to ensure proper routing and documentation.
  • Prepare legal case files for submission to internal legal departments and third-party legal entities.
  • Manage incoming mail processes, including updating claim statuses for returned mail and uploading related documentation into internal systems.
  • Support a range of project-based tasks such as batch claim updates, spreadsheet enhancements, and document transfers between agents.
  • Utilize internal claims databases to conduct research and assist with specialized administrative initiatives.
  • Provided office support, including supply ordering, parking coordination, security access, and acting as liaison with the building owner and maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong general computer skills and the ability to manage multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, independently, and handle shifting priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with the damage recovery, claims, utility locate, or construction/cable industries is preferred.
  • College coursework or degree preferred.
Compensation:
  • Pay range between $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, dependent on experience
