We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping the details on track. In this role, you'll be the central communication hub between homeowners, our Project Managers, Superintendents, and internal teams-ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and aligned with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process
• Coordinate and attend bi-weekly meetings with clients, Project Managers, and Superintendents
• Field client calls and emails, responding within 4 hours and providing clear updates or resolutions within 24 hours
• Collaborate with the Selections Specialist to ensure accurate documentation of tile, flooring, and finish selections
• Ensure all selections are entered into the system within 48 hours of receipt and reviewed weekly
• Maintain the Specification Document in cloud cloud-based software system
• Track and manage project budgets and communicate error-free change orders to accounting in a timely manner
• Monitor the project schedule to avoid delays, with less than 5% deviation due to coordination issues
• Place material orders as directed by the Superintendent and coordinate delivery with field staff
• Facilitate the Job Start Meeting and follow up on task completion across the project timeline
• Monitor punch lists throughout construction and at project closeout
• Review material orders for accuracy, obtaining Production approval as necessary

What You Bring

• Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
• Proven multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management software, cloud storage services as needed, and internal tracking tools
• ability to quickly adapt to and adopt new technology platforms as needed
• Experience with budget tracking and change order processing
• Construction or residential building experience is a strong plus
