The project coordinator supports all administrative duties in CLASS and oversees the day-to-day management. This position establishes, maintains, and ensures compliance of department records; assists with budgetary matters; tracks department purchasing compiles reports, and monitors assigned projects and/or program components.
In addition, the position acts as the mediator between the Student Support area and our tutoring services. The position will organize and coordinate CLASS administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This job requires onsite presence at the Campus.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Academic and Student Support
This position is funded through a grant, and continued employment will be contingent upon future funding availability.
