The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering on small contact center or Microsoft technology services and solutions for our client base. In this role you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, managing, and reporting assigned project activities or assisting a senior level project manager on a larger implementation. A successful Project Coordinator must be able to coordinate several concurrent projects, with differing technical solutions, must be a self-starter and work with minimal direction.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in representing TTEC Digital
    • Establish and nurture productive and satisfactory relationships with customers, providing customer-focused and responsive support to their business needs
    • Function as the primary point of contact for the client for all assigned project-related activities
    • Able to present, whiteboard and discuss the TTEC Project Implementation Methodology at a high level, diligently follow the process when performing project management tasks
    • Create and manage a formal project plan, including Project Plan, Project Timeline; Communication Plan; Work Plan / Task List; Training Plan; Test Plan; Resource Allocation Schedule
    • Manage the execution of all components of approved project plan, including coordination and management of all project deliverables and timeline; regular communication of project progress, including scope, schedule, and cost; budget control and project cost reporting; test and training plans; documentation and approval of any changes to scope; timeline or cost via the project change management process; documentation and approval of completion of key project milestones and project acceptance
    • Maintain and update project status to current project tracking systems
    • Update appropriate TTEC Digital project collaboration tools regularly with project assets and documentation, both for project team collaboration and long-term asset management
    • Update project resource allocation plans on a weekly basis, or as changes are known, and complete new project scheduling and booking plans with urgency.
    • Provide finance updates for end of month billing & project percent completion for revenue recognition
    • Perform weekly accurate and timely submission of project time worked
    • Actively participate in team meetings, solution area specific review sessions and business unit and company meetings
    • Review and approve project team time and expense submissions on a weekly and month-end basis
    • Maintain role and/or individually assigned target employee utilization goal and achieve role and individually assigned team goals.
    • Manage subcontractor work
    • Assist senior level project managers or program managers on larger projects with documentation and distribution of meeting notes and status reports.
    • Provide for the coordination of security clearances
    • Setup and manage project collaboration site
    • Review and edit technical documentation
    • Attend all project meetings, internal and client facing.
    • Assist with drafting of project proposals and preliminary project schedules

What You'll Bring to the Role

    • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field, preferred
    • 2+ years of experience with deploying IT or business system projects in a customer facing environment, desired
    • PMP or CAPM or other Project Management Certification or Coursework, preferred.
    • Proficiency working with MS Project and MS Office, including familiarity with MS Project and Visio
    • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
