Project Coordinator
Location: St. Croix, USVI

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with previous general contractor experience. This position requires a methodical, process-driven individual who can implement document control systems, maintain technical records, and ensure information accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive document control systems
  • Process subcontractor documents, billing, and change orders with precise attention to specification requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed tracking logs with quantifiable metrics for document processing performance
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agenda items, and document action items with clear accountability
  • Generate structured progress reports with factual data on schedule, cost, and performance
  • Systematically organize project documentation including permits, regulatory approvals, and compliance certifications
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of submittal registers aligned with specification requirements
  • Process contractual correspondence with attention to accuracy and procedural compliance
  • Coordinate document flow between design teams, field operations, and regulatory authorities
  • Assist with project closeout documentation including as-built records, operations manuals, and warranty information
  • Manage all compliance documents specific to project
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or document control, preferably in construction or engineering
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and systematic approach to information management
  • Proficient with Procore, document control software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fact-based communicator who focuses on accurate information and technical specifications
  • Methodical work style with emphasis on process compliance and information quality
  • Committed to precision and accuracy in all documentation and communication
