Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role plays a critical part in maintaining communication across departments and contributing to the overall success of company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information

  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules

  • Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise

  • Act as the point of contact for all participants

  • Organize meetings and maintain detailed project documentation

  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and maintain quality standards

  • Support the project manager in administrative duties and other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
