Job description
Your Role:
This is not a field position. As Production Manager, you’ll lead the internal flow of all active jobs—tracking installation dates, material readiness, team scheduling, inspections, and payment collection. You’ll work closely with our project managers, sales team, and office staff to keep everything running on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all active jobs using ServiceTitan
- Monitor installation and completion timelines across roofing, siding, window, and door jobs
- Drive weekly production goals, including: Jobs installed per week, Jobs paid in full, and Total value of work completed
- Coordinate scheduling between office, field crews, and homeowners
- Communicate daily with project managers to track progress, address delays, and escalate issues
- Ensure all paperwork, permits, inspections, and closeout tasks are complete
- Maintain job records, photos, and updates in ServiceTitan for clear reporting
- Identify bottlenecks and help improve processes that increase efficiency and reduce backlog
Ideal Candidate Has:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, production coordination, or project tracking in construction or home services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/project management software
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure
- A numbers-first mindset—comfortable managing data, metrics, and timelines
- Team-oriented and proactive in solving problems
