Join our team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with an architecture, engineering, or construction background to coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between JLL, J&J Campus teams, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to project management.

  • Location: On-Site - Johnson & Johnson campus - Anasco, Puerto Rico.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with availability to take calls and visit projects outside core hours).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspections of the projects including photographic records and written log of activities.

  • Prepare meeting minutes and distribute to all team members.

  • Coordinate sub-contractors bid process (proposals, bid organization, meetings).

  • Develop a line of communication with the facility occupants.

  • Provide metrics and reports as required on Planisware.

  • Present findings JLL & J&J Campus Team for review and approval.

  • Review with Project Controller user project financial assumptions as they relate to the project.

  • Present findings using project performance criteria.

  • Ensure that all subcontractors and vendors comply with safety norms.

  • Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors work on site.

  • Assist in all PM administrative needs.

Qualifications:

  • Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management education/background.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and coordinating construction projects, managing contractor relationships, etc.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English skills, with excellent customer service and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
