Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of our window installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting project management efforts. You will work closely with the Project Manager and various teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of window installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, project management software, and project documentation.
  • Help prepare project documentation and update project management software.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Submit and manage service claims.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and provide administrative support to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and G Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction standards required (window installation preferred).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
