Location: Lakewood, WA

Position Status: Full Time, Hourly

Position Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 1pm (Subject to change)

Salary: $24 to $28 Depending on Experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

A Web-to-Print Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the setup of client web portals using our two platforms: Gear and XMPie. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments and our clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of web-to-print solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web-to-print projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing regular updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams – including IT, Prepress, Estimating, Sales, and Customer Service – to align project goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate the setup of client web portals using Gear and XMPie, tailoring product offerings and features to meet client specifications.
  • Meet with Sales and clients to define website needs, then translate those into clear instructions for the IT team.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, scope definitions, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance client satisfaction through best practices.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Related Experience:

  • Previous experience working with web-to-print platforms and technologies

Required Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients
  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks
  • Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation
  • Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments
  • Occasionally required to lift and move materials, products samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
