Description

MSD is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team!

 

Our Construction Project Coordinator is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Supporting Superintendents, Project Managers, and the entire construction operations team, this role keeps schedules tight, communication flowing, and documentation flawless. From managing field timecards and creating work schedules to updating project teams and facilitating day-to-day paperwork, this position is vital to maintaining operational excellence and total quality—100% of the time. With a proactive, detail-oriented approach, the Project Coordinator bridges the gap between field execution and office efficiency, helping drive every project forward with clarity and control.

 

The Construction Project Coordinator provides critical back-office support to the Construction Department, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and documentation. This role plays a key part in maintaining total quality by proactively meeting the needs of internal and external clients.

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient of Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Adobe products.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status Required.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Construction office experience preferred.
  • Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English.
  • Unencumbered US Driver’s License

 

Job Duties:

  • Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate documentation and schedule updates.
  • Create and maintain work schedules; assist Superintendents with daily needs.
  • Manage timecards and organize project paperwork and records.
  • Oversee documentation flow and ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Promote safe work practices and support a responsive, organized work environment.
