General Description:

Coordinates with Field Service Manager and Director to develop and maintain a calendar of ongoing and upcoming field service jobs. This includes visits to customer sites for product rebuilds, startups, trouble shooting and warranty issues. Provides Field Service staff with support, communicates and coordinates with customers to assure their responsible tasks are completed and ready for a field service resource to come on-site to perform the necessary work. Coordinates with customers to make sure that the field service department has enough information to properly estimate the man hours needed to properly fulfill the requirements demanded of the field service team. Tracks customer interactions to assure prompt attention and response time to the customer. Accurately keeps field service time spent working in the field along with their travel times for accurate recordkeeping within the field service department. Supports aftermarket sales efforts when called upon.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates with various Parkson cross functional teams on accounting, engineering, process, project management, quality, sales, scope, and supplier related issues.
  • Continuously improves customer satisfaction by ensuring proper response times to inquiries and timely service response to their issues.
  • Responsible for logging and tracking customer inquiries.
  • Protect and promote Parkson brand name and service capability through effective response times and communication with customers.
  • Maintains the scheduling tool for Field Service activities and communicates updates to planned service activities.
  • Continuously reports service response times and resource utilization to achieve overall Parkson goals.
  • Ensure that trip reports are completed and submitted to our records within targeted response times.
  • Reviews and provides input to system performance and optimization for service resource management.

Education: 

  • Associates Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience

 

Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, etc)
  • Project Management experience or related project tracking capability
  • Experience with customer coordination and evaluation
  • Water/wastewater industry related experience a plus
