We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our Transformation Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful integration of two organizations and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
 
What You Will Do
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on merger integration activities across workstreams (e.g., HR, IT, Operations, Communications).
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project timelines, and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Support transformation leaders in preparing presentation materials, status updates, and dashboards.
  • Help manage internal communication and documentation related to transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and flag potential risks, issues, or delays.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, capturing notes and organizing deliverables.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project coordination processes.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
  • Previous internship or work experience is a plus, but not required.
  • We are located in the River Ridge Commerce Center at 150 Hilton Drive, Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time non-exempt position.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
  • Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
