Description

  

The Marketing  Project Coordinator supports marketing initiatives and programs.  Responsibilitis include, but are not limited to, coordinating events, managing  department project plans, coordinating campaigns, proofreading various  marketing channels, and evaluating campaign performance.   

 

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as:  digital content marketing, e-blasts, events, social media.
  • Both independently and collaboratively coordinate company, marketing, and trade show events, including overseeing logistics, working with vendor sponsors, managing registrations, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral and apparel samples for attending employees.
  • Handle logistics for photo shoots including: assist with model booking, secure apparel samples, source props, book vendue, coordinate pick-up and delivery of photo equipment and sample line to photo shoot location
  • Manage project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and project progress by using established tracking tools i.e., MS Planner, MS Share Point, Power Point presentations, EXCEL spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including gathering of copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Proofread and finalize copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
  • Assist with managing of content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports from existing software tools i.e., Icono Square, Google Analytics, Hub Spot, etc.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Handle all sample requests for Marketing via D365.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work on-site at NLA’s headquarters in Torrance, CA (M-F, 8-hour days min)
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention-to-detail
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Basic graphic design skills, MS suite proficiency (Outlook, EXCEL, PPT, One Drive, Share Point, MS Teams), social media savvy
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must have a high level of creativity
  • Occasional travel to photo shoots and trade shows may be required
  • Must be available to work in office during normal business hours.
Salary Description
$28-$33/hour
