Job Overview:
Craft Construction Company LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team of commercial construction pros. In this role, you'll work closely with our project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on point. Whether you're processing submittals or ensuring material deliveries, you'll be the driving force behind seamless project execution. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Support Project Managers with document control and scheduling tasks
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare and maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and progress reports
- Help manage project communication between field and office teams
- Monitor deadlines and support permit or inspection tracking
- Update and distribute construction schedules and timelines
- Review plans and specs for accuracy and assist in estimating where needed
- Assist with close-out documents and punch list tracking
- Perform administrative duties related to project management support
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a construction or project coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
- Understanding of construction terminology, plans, and processes
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Valid driver's license required
