Project Coordinator

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator that will cover Agilix’s East and West regions and will be based in our St. Louis office. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of a project, from planning to execution, for all PSG projects, which include Gear, Lighting, Clean Energy, and Commodities.

This role will support Agilix Solutions Personnel, Customers, and Vendors for Gear, Lighting, Clean Energy, and Commodities. 

This position will report directly to the Director of Project Solutions Group. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all PSG projects (Gear, Lighting, Clean Energy, and Commodities)
• Responsible for Project Job Management (PJM) software. Including accuracy and integrity of information stored
• Communicate with Director of the PSG on all projects and with the appropriate sales personnel on individual projects.
• Manage projects from the beginning to their completion. 
• Manage projects involving kitting, wire and lighting fixture carts. Including plans to execute a successful jobsite delivery schedule
• Provide customer service and support
• Promote all Agilix Solution products and service offering
• Maintain current and develop new relationships with manufacturers
• Work with the Director of PSG, VP of Construction, and Purchasing to set inventory levels to maximize sales
• Collaborate with internal departments and extended sales teams to drive sales for Agilix product segments

Qualifications

• Related industry experience is required; Lighting industry knowledge is preferred
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication skills, self-directed follow-up, and a desire to succeed are required
• Must possess outstanding sales and customer service skills 
• Exposure to Construction bid process, including project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
