What You'll Be Doing: 

  • ExecuPOWER is a women owned firmed that provides Engineering Design for Transmission, Substation and Distribution as well as Project Management, Construction Management, QA/QC Inspection and Renewable Energy.   
  • Some domestic travel to client locations may be required. 
  • Provide project management support for large and complex electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects 
  • Assist in the overall management and execution of the project scope, schedule, and budget 
  • Coordinate communication and provide status updates to stakeholders 
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering teams to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan 
  • Ensure availability or seek out adequate resources and contractors to support the project 
  • Help plan and implement customer approved process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning 
  • Work directly with clients to provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and established standards and guidelines 
  • Process large volumes of complex data rapidly and accurately and translate highly technical and programmatic data into actionable reports 
  • Support financial review and documentation of control processes 
  • Plan and implement approved business solutions and develop metrics, and methods to collect those metrics, to measure operational efficiency 
  • Assist with project invoicing and client close out activities 


What You Need to Bring to the Table: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of project coordination, project management or business process experience  
  • PMP Certificate preferred (no required)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities 
  • Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required 
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
