Coordinate with the Project Manager and field staff on material deliveries from the warehouse or supply businesses to job locations as needed.
Responsible for shipping and receiving.
Operate forklifts, warehouse machinery and company vehicles in a safe manner, in accordance with state laws and company policies.
Support panel shop with material inventory counts for automation panel builds.
Organize and maintain the warehouse/shop in a clean, orderly and safe working environment.
Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Engage in operations meetings with the management team to ensure clarity on the requirements for achieving project goals and deadlines for our customers.
Report any maintenance, safety or any other issues/concerns to the Area Operations Manager.
Perform any other work-related duties as assigned.
Manage project related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
Oversee clerical tasks to support the area operations manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED plus experience.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 software.
Forklift operating experience preferred.
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently.
Demonstrates excellent time management skills.
Possess strong communication (written and oral) skills.
Must be a self-starter and open to making suggestions for improving operations and procedures.
Subject to a background check, as well as drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The workday is a standard 8 hours and is spent in a warehouse and office setting.
