Job Summary:
The primary goal of a Project Coordinator for Heritage Creations is to collaborate with Golf Clubs around the United States to service their needs for awards and recognition.
Job Functions:
The responsibilities in this position, include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate communications with customers to service their needs.
- Serve as the primary back-up for Customer Service for Heritage Creations by answering questions in regard to custom items, awards, and perpetual pieces for Golf Clubs or companies around the United States.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create custom pieces.
- Quote pieces by materials and project time.
- Local travel on an as needed basis to meet with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet client's needs and in hands date.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
