Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Melbourne, FL (ONSITE, not remote)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr plus Benefits
Two Shifts Available:
9:00am to 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)
10:00am to 7:00pm (Mon to Fri)
Please note, this position requires the following:
* A minimum of two (2) year's Customer Service and/or Project Coordinator experience
* Computer proficiency with the ability to work in multiple systems is needed
* This is NOT a sales related position
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain good relations with customers, techs, and staff
• Generate, update, and maintain database reports
• Create, update, and close work orders
• Respond to customer and tech requests timely
• Dispatch field support teams as required
• Order, ship, and track equipment
