About the Role: 

The Project Coordinator helps ensure that projects are completed within budget and assists the Project Management team with staffing, project setup, execution, and closeout. They serve as the right hand to the Project Manager and act as a technician liaison, contributing to the overall success of the project. They will work to ensure that any assigned project is properly planned and staffed to maintain quality and preserve customer experience standards.

• Site communications
• Project logistics support
• Scheduling support
• Technician liaison
• Accountability for maintaining our internal metrics, KPI’s
• Ensure and 8-hour response time

Who we are looking for:

A person that has keen negotiating skills, the ability to ensure cost-efficient routing, and attention to detail when assigning technicians with the proper skillset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) 
• Strong negotiating skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in project coordination roles (preferred)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (preferred)
