WHAT YOU'LL DO 

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage our foundation repair and soil stabilization construction projects from start to finish. This includes permitting, production scheduling, coordinating with engineers, scheduling service calls, and permit close-outs. You will juggle 50-100 projects per month to optimize our production calendar.


This position is onsite at the Tampa office: 11103 N 46th St Bldg B, Tampa, FL 33617

Requirements

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage 50-100 active projects across multiple construction teams; 
  • Create comprehensive production schedules; 
  • Secure all necessary permits, inspections and approvals;
  • Align engineering partner resources and assignments; 
  • Conduct customer phone calls to set expectations; 
  • Perform reminder outreach on timelines and access requirements; 
  • Continuously monitor project progression via check-ins; 
  • Rapidly address delays through contingency planning; 
  • Verify quality standards and key milestones are achieved; 
  • Coordinate engineer and inspection walk-throughs;
  • Provide progress reports and budget tracking to leadership; 
  • Schedule post-project warranty and service calls; 
  • Oversee returns/check-outs of rented equipment; 
  • Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals — Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs + Outperform; and  
  • Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon KPIs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Strong administrative experience and task orientation 

Problem-solving skills 

Ability to juggle multiple complex projects and priorities 

Construction scheduling and permitting experience preferred

Experience identifying ineficiencies and optimization opportunities is preferred
