Who We're Looking For
We’re searching for a proactive and detail-obsessed Project Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organizing moving pieces, and isn’t afraid to speak up, solve problems, and drive projects to the finish line. You’ll report directly to our Director of Operations and manage a continuous cycle of repeatable projects, each in various stages of completion.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Efficient Coordination

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information flow seamlessly.

Collaboration and Liaison

  • Collaborate with vendors, departments, and team members for smooth project execution.

Project Schedule Management

  • Oversee and manage project schedules for timely implementation and completion.

Comprehensive Documentation

  • Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, plans, and reports.

Proactive Problem-Solving

  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

Regular Reporting

  • Generate project status reports for management and stakeholders.

Budget Monitoring

  • Utilize tools to monitor project budgets and resource allocation.

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

Resource Optimization

  • Assist in resource allocation and tracking for optimal utilization.

Active Participation in Meetings

  • Engage in project meetings, proposing adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired
  • 2 to 4 years of proven Project Coordinator experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-level Excel experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
  • Enthusiasm for attention to detail
