You will be responsible for coordinating project activities and timelines while also supporting drafting and detailing efforts for precast concrete components. This hybrid role involves working closely with engineers, production teams, and clients to ensure successful execution of custom precast solutions. You’ll assist in preparing shop drawings using AutoCAD, track project milestones, and help resolve technical issues during production.

This is a Permanent position that will be required to be fully in-office.

Salary: $65,000 +/- depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Drafter, or related technical role

• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit Structures is a plus

• Experience with precast or structural concrete projects 

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
