Assists manager and supervisor with daily receiving and processing of orders. Coordinates and schedules LTL and truckload shipments. Provides shipping quotes to the sales team for all NWS locations. Assists in cycle count process and reconciliation.


  • Assists WH management team with daily coordination of orders.
  • Provides quotes for ground, LTL, FTL and expedited shipments.
  • Performs cycle counts and assists in count variance reconciliation.
  • Works as a liaison between the internal NWS teams and the WH management team.
  • Maintains organized history of inbound and outbound documentation.
  • Acts as single POC for all locations for inbound deliveries. Coordinates and informs each site manager of inbound shipment.
  • Provides daily pick up and deliveries needs to WH Management team.
  • Coordinates with logistics provider to ensure prompt and proper delivery of shipments, which includes resolving any issues once the driver reaches or has issues reaching a site.
  • Works with Claims team to follow up with carriers to insure timely reconciliation.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree or five years' experience
