Summary:

Project Coordinators II serve as the day-to-day leads for multiple projects within our portfolio, managing workflows and operations to enable Project Managers to focus on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally, influencing key decisions and ensuring alignment across teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Speed and Simplicity:
    • Attend weekly business reviews, pulling necessary documentation and occasionally leading these calls.
    • Develop and iterate project guidelines in partnership with Product teams.
    • Identify quality discrepancies and perform root cause analyses to address data deficiencies.
    • Cascade identified quality issues upstream and downstream, ensuring project teams remain aligned.
    • Define priorities, clarify roles, and establish decision-making frameworks within projects and across pillars.
  • Proactive Problem Solving:
    • Anticipate and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Provide guidance to DLAs on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
    • Standardize DLA training and onboarding processes across GenAI initiatives.
  • Collaboration Across Time Zones:
    • Work effectively with vendors across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination.
    • Support additional tasks and responsibilities that drive program excellence and overall success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is preferred.
  • Background in STEM fields is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL) is required.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 3 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
