Commercial Sales Project Coordinator

This isn’t your average office job. You’ll work closely with our commercial sales team to help prepare quotes, manage project details, and keep customers in the loop. You’ll coordinate with vendors, track product orders, and make sure everything is moving forward on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting our sales reps with quotes, proposals, and submittals

• Entering jobs and tracking them from start to finish

• Communicating with vendors and manufacturers to keep orders on track

• Helping our customers stay informed, supported, and satisfied

• Keeping projects (and your inbox) neat, organized, and moving forward

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who’s sharp, motivated, and eager to learn

• Detail-obsessed and cool under pressure

• Prior experience in the construction industry

• Comfortable reading plans or learning specs (we’ll teach you!)

• Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with CRMs is a plus
