We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contract Processing
• Project Set Up
• Create and send Purchase Orders
• Billings / Collections
• Project & Client Maintenance
• Project Submittals
• Lien Releases
• Answering Phones
• Change Orders / Budgets
• Subcontractor Progress Payments
• Insurance & Exempt Certificates

Education/ Experience /Requirements:

• 3-5 years administrative experience
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Desire and ability to learn new things
• Proficiency with spreadsheets
• Intermediate computer skills
• Colorado residents only, no relocation offered
